By installing or using UTM Builder ("the add-on"), you agree to these terms.
1. What the add-on does
UTM Builder is a Google Sheets Editor Add-on that helps you create, validate, and log UTM tracking links inside your own spreadsheet. It is a productivity tool; you are responsible for the tracking values you choose and how you use the resulting links.
2. License
The add-on is provided free of charge for your use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the add-on itself.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the add-on to build links for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or in a way that violates Google's terms or the terms of any platform you tag links for.
4. No warranty
The add-on is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated links will perform as expected in any particular analytics system. You are responsible for verifying your links before use.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or revenue, arising from your use of the add-on.
6. Data
The add-on operates only inside the spreadsheet you have open and does not transmit your data to us. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the add-on or these terms; material changes will be reflected here and in the store listing. You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it.
